The HOA Includes:

By law, condominiums must be insured by the association leaving residents the option to purchase insurance on their personal property. The "Roof Replacement" fee is for future updating of the roof, siding, decking, or any other miscellaneous building maintenance.

The Condominium Association Fees are currently $155/month, with the following basic breakdown:

  • $55 for the maintenance/replacement of the exterior of the building
  • $50 for the maintenance of the neighborhood and amenities
  • $50 for the television and internet package
* The HOA fee is determined by the HOA board and members once the subdivision is finished. The current fee is not guarunteed to stay at this given rate.

The Founders Way site is designed with the home owner in mind. Each of the seven buildings are entered into off of the horseshoe road, Consitution Court.
